Turkey Artichoke Sliders

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 19.2 oz 1 pkg. whole wheat rolls (12 rolls)*Marinated Artichoke Heart, 1 cup (remove)Mushrooms - canned pieces and stems 6.5 oz*Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 12 oz
Directions
Combine grond turkey, artichoke hearts (drained), mushrooms (drained), salt and 1/2 of the cheese in a medium bowl. Mix well. Form mini-patties about 1-1.5 inches in diameter and about 1 inch thick. Place on heated grill; grill for about 3 minutes or until desired doneness.

Makes 24 sliders.
