Pam's Vegie Lasagna

Ingredients
* *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 8 oz (remove)Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 8 cup Broccoli, cooked, 3 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .3 cup Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Low fat ricotta, 1.75 cupGarlic, 3 clove Oregano, ground, 1.5 tbsp Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 8 serving Spinach, fresh, 3.5 cupTomato Sauce, 2 cup
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Steam peppers and broccoli till tender, chop coarsely and add to onions and garlic. Simmer diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and oregano for about 2 hours. Add spinach and cook about 20 minutes. Layer noodles with vegetables, mozzarella, Parmesan and bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
