Muffin in a Minute

Ingredients
1/4 c. flax meal1/2 tsp. bkg powder1 pkt. splenda (or alternative sweetener of choice)1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. vanilla1 lrg. egg1 tsp. olive oil (or alternative)1/8 th. c. mashed banana (or try a few berries &/or nuts)
Directions
Method #1 (Quick version)
-stir all ingredients in a cup
-microwave 1 minute on high
--take out and eat, or slice and toast, add topping such as cr. cheese, or almond butter if desired.

Method #2 (bake at 350 degrees F for 15 min.)
-multiply recipe by six (or 12) and equally distribute in muffin tin. One muffin equals one Breakfast
