Ingredients
6 oz portobello mushrooms2 tsp olive oil dash saltdash pepper
Directions
Rub each mushroom with 1 tsp oil, Season with salt and pepper. Grill for 10 minutes over indirect heat. Makes 2 servings. Serve as a side dish with steak or serve on a toasted, lightly buttered hard roll.

    I made this tonight but instead of salt and pepper I used McCormicks Season All Seasoned Salt the sodium is higher so you have to take that into consideration. - 4/4/10
