Crockpot Beef Stew

Ingredients
1.8 lbs. Beef, Stew Meat2 cans Creme of Potato Soup2 cans Water1 can Green Beans1 can Sweet Corn1 Onion, chopped or diced1 tsp Garlic, chopped1 tbsp Pepper, to taste1 tsp Salt, to taste1/2 cup Red Wine, for flavor1/4 cup Corn Starch
Directions
Precook the stew meat until brown and place in crockpot. Mix creme of potato soup, water, corn, onion, and garlic in a separate bowl. Stir until creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixed ingredients into the crockpot over the meat. Add the can of green beans. Cook for 1 hour on High or until the ingredients are warm. Add red wine and stir. Cook for another 3 hours on High. Add corn starch to thicken the stew, then reduce heat to low for another 2 to 3 hours.

You can add any variety of things with it. Steamed rice, bread, etc. I did corn muffins.
