Chopped Avacado Veggie Salad

1 Avacado3 Hard Boiled Eggs1 C. raw carrots1 C. raw Broccoli1 C. Raw Cauliflour1 C. Cherry Tomatoes2 C. Chopped Romaine Lettuce1/2 cup of oil and vinegar dressing2 teaspoons of Dijon You can add up to 2TBS if needed.
In a bowl add chopped veggies. Cut Avacado in half, take the seed out and cut the avacado in squares. Spoon the avacado out into the bowl. Mix together.
Whisk together Dijon and Oil and Vinegar dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Throw together with salad adding sliced eggs on top.
