Low Fat Coffee Cake

Ingredients
Topping:-6 tablespoons whole wheat flour-3 tablespoons Splenda Brown Sugar Blend-1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon-4 tablespoons all natural applesauce-1/3 cup oatmealBatter:-1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour-1/2 cup Splenda-1 1/4 baking powder-1 teaspoon cinnamon-1/4 teaspoon salt-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract-1/2 cup water-3 tablespoons applesauce-1/2 cup egg whites-1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine Ingredients for topping and set aside.
Combine ingredients in large bowl for batter.
Spray a 8 1/2" or 9" with non-stick baking spray.
Layer batter in pan, then layer topping (can do multiple layers if you wish)
Bake 30-35 min for 8 1/2" pan, 25-30 min for 9" pan.
