Light Eggnogg Bread

Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar1 large Eggland's Best egg1/4 cup extra light olive oil1 1/2 cup light eggnog1 tsp vanilla extract3 cups white wheat flour1 TBsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg2/3 cup pecan pieces1 cup dried cranberries
Directions
1. Beat sugar and egg. Beat in olive oil and add egg nog and vanilla.

2. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg over the eggnog mixture. Stir until moistened. Add nuts and fruit.

3. Add half of dough to 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 for about 1 hour. Let stand 20 minutes. Turn onto cooling rack.
