Ingredients
1 lb lean pork tenderloin1 can cranberry sauce2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Place tenderloin in crock pot, cut up cranberry sauce and place in crockpot, spreading some on the meat. Sprinkle all with nutmeg.

Cook on low setting for 3.5 to 4 hours or a meat thermometer shows 160F.

Good served with rice.
*I think the calorie count is high - unless you pour the "juice" over rice or whatever you serve it with - you only eat a tiny bit of the cranberry sauce.

I'll try this. I've made a version of this using apple butter. Probably could do the same with naturally sweetened apple sauce to cut back on some of the calories. - 12/28/09
