Cinnamon Chocolate Meringue Cookies

Ingredients
4 egg whites1/2 tsp cream of tartar84 tsp Splenda (1 3/4 cups)2 tsp cinnamon1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa
Directions
1. HEAT oven to 225 degrees. BEAT egg whites until frothy then add cream of tartar in mixer bowl with whisk attachment on high speed until foamy. Beating constantly, ADD Splenda slowly until whites are glossy and stand in soft to medium peaks.
2. FOLD IN cocoa and cinnamon. DROP meringue by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
3. BAKE until firm, about 1 hour. Turn off oven. LET DRY in oven, with door closed, until cool and crisp, at least 1 hour.
