Susan's Homemade Cornbread

1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup dry corn meal1/4 cup Splenda2 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt1 cup lowfat buttermilk2 T. canola oil1 egg
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Stir ingredients together until just moistened. Pour batter into prepared dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into 9 pieces.
