Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

After the Round Steak is browned and the Hotcha Beef Sauce is warmed up and mixed well, put the Round Steak in a dish for the oven and pour the Hotcha Beef Sauce over the Round Steaks. Sprinkle the finely cut Onions over all the Round Steak. Take 4 sweet Green Pepper rings and put on top of the Round Steaks. You can serve this over rice and pour some of the Hotcha Beef Sauce over it and make your favorite vegetable with it. Again Nutritional info is not included for the rice or vegetable.

Great low-cal beef recipe with lots of flavor! Kind of a strong taste for my little ones, but they ate it without the sauce and liked the meat. We put it over noodles and it was very tasty! I would make it again (and am looking forward to leftover for lunch tomorrow!). - 1/5/10
