Ground BeefCream of Mushroom soupFrozen hashbrownsShredded Cheddar cheeseOnion
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Brown ground beef, drain all fat. Layer in a 13x9 pan in this order: beef, sliced onion, undilluted soup, cheese, hashbrowns.

Bake 45 minutes or until hashbrowns are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

    I omitted the ground beef, and I am not sure if I should of added more soup, instead it seemed dry. I will make it again with lowfat sourcream added. - 5/28/07

    When preparing this dish, I found 1 thing, it does not tell you how much of each ingredient to use. I used 2.5 cups shredded colby/jack cheese, cream of mushroom w/ roasted garlic soup for more flavor, left ot onion, and used enough tatertots to cover the top. The receipe calls for hash browns? - 5/23/07
