No Boil Lasagna

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1-32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (or 4 cups homemade)1 ½ cups water2 eggs¼ cup chopped parsley1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon pepper2 cups ricotta cheese3 cups mozzarella½ cup grated parmesan cheese8 oz. lasagna noodles.
Directions
1. Brown beef in large saucepan on medium heat. Add sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes.
2. Combine eggs, salt, pepper, ricotta cheese and mozzarella in a bowl Pour 1 cup. of sauce in a 9 X 13 baking pan.
3. Layer 3 noodles over sauce. Cover with 1 ½ cups of sauce. Spread with ½ cheese of the cheese filling. Repeat.
4. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350o. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
