Banana Bran Muffin

Ingredients
2 Cup whole wheat flour1.5 cups Oat Bran1/3 cup sugar1 tsp salt2 cup skim milk2 eggs 3/4 cups applesauce4 Med Bananas
Directions
In a large mixing bowl mix flours, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt and slowly stir in remaining ingredients.

Mash Bananas and mix in.

Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 18 muffins

    I just started making this recipe and realized you don't have the amount of baking powder on here... I was about to add the fruit and then wondered how it would rise. - 1/31/10
