Whole Wheat Oatmeal Berry Cookies

2 cups rolled oats
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
in medium bowl, cream together the egg substitute, canola oil, apple sauce, vanilla and brown sugar.
Fold egg mixture into flour, mixing well. Drop by tbsp onto cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes.
Makes 36.
