Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2 Cans pink salmon2 cups plain bread crumbs1/2 c. motzerella cheese1 L. egg, breaten1/4 C. lite mayonnaise
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Then form into 9 patties ( about 4oz. each)
Heat skillet
(Use 1 T. veg. oil or spray with cooking spray)
Cook each pattied over med. to high heat for 2-3 mins. on each side.
Great Plain or made into a sandwich
