Ingredients: Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Beef, round steak, 1 lb Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)*Sahara pita bread 100% whole wheat, 5 serving Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded 5 tbs butter
Thinly slice chicken and steak and brown in a warm pan ( no need to add oil or spray it cooks in it's natural juices)
Slice peppers add to chicken/steak when there is about 10 min left
add mushrooms
Butter both sides of pita bread and brown it in a warm pan
Serve with a sprinkle of chedder cheese
