Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 largeCanola Oil, .5 cupBrown Sugar, .333 cup, packedOats, 3 cupBaking Powder, 3 tspSalt, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, .75 tspRaisins, .5 cup (not packed)Ghiradelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (32 Chips), 5 serving
Directions
In a bowl, combine eggs, oil and brown sugar. Combine the oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; add to egg mixture, stirring just until moistened. Stir in the raisins and chocolate chips. Spoon into a greased 9 X 13 X 2 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Serve warm with milk if desired.
