Peach Coffee Cake

1/4 c. vegetable oil1/2 c. milk1 large egg, beaten3/4 c. sugar1 1/2 c. flour, sifted2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 c. canned peaches, drained and choppedSpicy Topping: 1/4 c. brown sugar1 T. flour1 tsp. cinnamon1 T. butter, melted
Spray 9x9x2 baking dish with nonstick spray. Drain peaches.
Combine oil, egg and milk. Sift together dry ingredients; add to milk. Mix well.
Chop peaches and place in bottom of pan. Pour cake mixture into pan on top of peaches.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 1 T. flour cinnamon and butter. Sprinkle over cake mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees F for about 25 minutes.
