Ingredients
flourwhole wheat flourwheat germbaking powdersaltegg bbrown sugarmargarinebananasapple juiceraisins
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl and add raisins and mashed banana. Add wet ingredients to dry ones and stir until combined. Spray 12 cup muffin pan with Pam and divide mixture among the 12 cups. Bake at 350 degrees until browned and a knife inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Enjoy for a snack or warm in the microwave for breakfast. They freeze really well and thaw in the microwave for breakfast.
