1 bunch kale - washed and dried1 tbs olive oil.5 tsp sea salt
Tear kale into bite-sized pieces. toss w/olive oil and salt. Spread evenly on baking sheet without overlapping pieces. Bake for 15 mins in 350 degree oven.
