1/2 tsp of salt, 2 cups of bread flour, 1 1/8 tsp. of yeast.3/4 cup of yogurt, 2 Tbls. of butter, and 1 tsp to 1 Tbls. of H2O.
mix the first three ingredients together. Add the rest of the ingredients. knead for 10 min. Let rise, covered for 2 hours. Break into 6 balls let rise 10 min. Heat oven to 475 Place baking stone on the bottom rack. Stretch the Naan balls until they are about 7 inches in diameter. coat with olive oil and back on stone for about 7 min or until they are golden brown.
