Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .75 cup Oats, .25 cup Organic Soymilk (original or vanilla), 1 cup .5 large apple, dicedSalt, .25 tspBaking Powder, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
Directions
in medium bowl stir together flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. add the milk and apple and stir together gently till just mixed. portion batter and cook on skillet on meduium heat
