Creamy Tomato Soup

1 can condensed tomato soup1 can diced Italian tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano)1 can evaporated fat free milk
Combine all three cans in a pot. Bring to boil and simmer on low heat 8-10 minutes. Be careful not to scald milk. If you don't like the tomato chunks, get out the wand blender and puree in the pot for a bisque without the fat. If you want a thicker soup, combine the first two cans and heat. Then, pour the can of evaporated milk into a jar with a heaping Tbsp or so of flour, seal tightly, and shake vigorously. Add to pot and simmer. Top with your favorite garnish such as Parmesan cheese and/or fresh ground pepper.
