Whole Grain Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats pulsed in food processor1/4 cup corn meal3 T flaxseed meal3 T Ideal sugar substitute1 t baking powder1 egg, beaten1 t vanilla1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (add a little more if batter is too thick)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and mix. Add egg, vanilla and almond milk and stir to combine. Let set for at least 15 minutes (or overnight). Cook pancakes on griddle until done. May use batter in waffle iron, too.
