Easy fried rice

Ingredients
1 pack Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Medley4 tbsp Coutnry Crock Light margarine1 cup snow pea pods chopped3 extra large eggs3 tbsp light soy sauce1 lage carrot, diced1 medium onion chopped
Directions
In a non-stick skillet, melt margarine. When margarine is hot add onions and carrots and fry until onions are translucent. Add peas and cook for one more minute. Push vegetables to one side of skillet and scramble eggs in the empty side of skillet. Add soy sauce. Open rice packet and stir in, fry for 5 minutes more.
