Ginger Molasses Thins

1/2 cup ground flax seeds12 egg whites2-4tsp ground ginger4 tsp cinnamon ground1/4 c dark molasses3/4 cup splenda1/2 c splenda brown sugare mix for baking1/2 c. oats ground in blender
Use food processer, blender or mixer. Mix egg whites molasses, spices, add sweetners, flax and flour, mix well.
Cool the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Spoon one well rounded teaspoon of dough onto prepared cookie sheet, leave about 3/4 th of inch of space between, mounds for expansion. Large cookie sheet should hold about 20, five rows of 4. Recipe should make 3 full sheets, keep dough cold.
Bake on top shelf of oven. Slow bake, to dry and cook the soft cakelike dough. About 30 mins. Skim off sheet with a shin spatula and cool before eating.
