* Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup (remove) * Stewed Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove) * Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
Blend a 16 oz. can of Mexican-style stewed tomatoes in a blender until smooth. Put into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add rice and simmer, covered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let sit for 2 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed.
