Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello), .5 Serving (remove)egg white, fresh, 4 large (remove)*Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 1 serving (remove)
Directions
blend oats in blender to make oat flour - 1/3 cup
4 egg whites
1/2 pkg of sugar free jello
poppy seeds
mix together and cook like pancakes.
