Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

3/4 Cup White Sugar1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil2 Eggs3/4 Cup Canned Pumpkin1/4 Cup Water1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour3/4 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Ground Cloves1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon1/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg1/2 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F. Grease and flour muffin pan or use paper liners.
2. Mix sugar, oil, eggs. Add pumpkin and water. In separate bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt. Add wet mixture and stir in chocolate chips.
3. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 12 Muffins. 1 muffin=1 Serving
