Teryaki Vegetables

Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, minced1 zucchini, chopped in large chunks1 bunch broccoli, chopped1 C sliced mushrooms1 onion, chopped1/2 C soy sauce, low-sodium1/4 C lemon juice2 T balsamic vinegar2 T honey or to desired taste2 tsp ground giner
Directions
Mix together everything but the vegetables. Pour into a skillet and heat up. Add vegetables and cook til softened.
