"So-Simple" Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 8 cups)1/4 cup KRAFT Three Cheese Ranch Dressing1 green onion, thinly sliced
COOK cauliflower in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. or until cauliflower is very tender; drain. Return cauliflower to saucepan.
ADD dressing; mash until cauliflower is light and fluffy.
TOP with onions.

For a smoother potato-like texture, puree cooked cauliflower and dressing together in food processor or with immersion blender until very smooth.
Note
Refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat in microwaveable container just before serving.
