Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
6 cups cooked white rice2 limes, juiced3 tbs extra virgin olive oil1/4 to 1/2 C fresh cilantro, chopped1 tsp dried minced garlic2 tsp salt
Directions
Cook the rice, steamed and fluffy is best. Add other ingredients and toss then serve. This makes 6 one cup servings.

(To add a Greek twist, subsitute one lemon for the two limes and add 1/4 cup feta, please account for added nutrion details of feta.)
