Homemade Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients
5 cups rhubarb2 cups sugar1/2 cup water6 oz package of red or orange Jell-o
Directions
Boil rhubarb, sugar, and water in large saucepan for 10 minutes. Stir in the Jell-o mix. Pour into jars. Let cool. Put in refrigerator to set overnight. Can be frozen. Makes 48 one tablespoon servings.
