Philadelphia Roll (small)

Ingredients
1 Nori Sheet1/2 an oz. of fresh salmon1/2 cup sushi rice, cooked1/2 oz. cream cheese1/16 of an avocado, sliced
Directions
Cook sushi rice in rice cooker or on stove top and set aside. Place Nori sheet on a sheet of plastic wrap. Spread 1/4 cup of sushi rice over one side of the nori sheet evenly, turn over. Place the remaining rice on one side of the nori sheet, lengthwise. Place the cream cheese slices, avocado and salmon slices together on the rice and begin to roll the nori sheet around the salmon and other ingredients. Roll up completely and slice into approximately 8 slices with your sharpest knife.
