Quick Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 lb. Boneless Skinnless Chicken Breasts, cut into thin strips2 Cloves Garlic, minced1Tbsp. Oil1 1/4 cups water1/4 soy sauce1 Tbsp. sugar1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables2 cups MINUTE Premium White Rice, uncooked
Directions
1. Cook and stir chicken and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
2. Add water, soy sauce, sugar and vegetables, stir. Bring to boil.
3. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
