1 # tip roast or any lean beef roast1 T Olive Oil2C beef broth1 C cubed mushrooms1C thinly sliced onions3 T worchestershire sauce3 dashes hot pepper sauce1 Package Knorr Asiasn Sides Teriyaki Noodles
1. Thinly slice the roast
2. Heat oil in skillet and add meat, but don't crowd the pan. Cook in 2 batches if needed.
3. Add onion and cook til tender
4. Add beef broth, worchestershire, hot sauce and cover and simmer on low/med for 20 minutes.
5. Add teriyaki noodle packet and mushrooms and bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer or 10 minutes.
