Caramel Coconut Fudge

Ingredients
3c. heavy cream1/3c white Karo3c white sugar1c butter (salted)1c flour1c shredded coconut1c English Walnuts
Directions
Mix 1c cream, all the syrup and sugar.
Let boil.
Add remaining 2c cream slowly.
Cook until it forms a firm ball (a candy thermometer is super handy to have here!).
Stir continuously or it will scorch.
Mix butter and flour.
Add to cream mixture until it forms a hard ball.
Stir continuously as flour will stick.
Beat and add 1c coconut and 1c walnuts.
Pour into buttered (or use Pam) 9"x13" pan.
Cut when cool.
Makes 4 lbs (about 50 servings - 1.5"x1.5" squares).
