1 can diced tomatoes26 oz spaghetti sauce2 packs boco ground burger2 cups dry elbow pasta2 oz low fat cheddar cheese.5 oz low fat mozzarella cheesr
Makes approx 6 2 cup servings
Boil pasta as stated on box
In a sauce pan heat up ground boca burger, add crushed tomatoes and sauce, simmer at least 30 mins. Add spices (garlic, onion, italian spice) as desired for taste.
Drain and add pasta to sauce, mix well
Add cheese to top and serve
