Southwest Pate

1 cup raw sunflower seeds1 cup raw pumpkin seeds1 onion1 tsp. chili powder1 tsp. cumin1 tsp. garlic powder1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning1 - 2 Tbs. Bragg's LIquid Aminos
Soak the seeds in water to cover 6-8 hrs. (or overnight).
Drain well and put into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Pulse several times, stir the sides down,(may have to be done several times ) then process until smooth.
Best if made ahead of time to allow the flavors to blend.
I put a serving size as 2 Tbsp. but this is so good you'll want more!
