Pavalova

Ingredients

3 egg whites1 teaspoon malt vinegar1 tsp cornflour1 teaspoon vanilla essence (extract)3/4 cup of splenda (sugar substitute suitable for baking)
Beat egg whites until peaks are formed (stiff). Add splenda and beat again. put in vinegar then beat, vanilla beat again and lastly cornflour and beat till stiff.
Place baking paper on a tray. spoon the mixture onto the centre of the paper. Pile it as high as as you can making a round tower about 20cm diameter.
cook in pre heated oven at 160 degrees for 45mins.
Turn off oven and let pavalova cool in warm oven.
When cool cut into quarters and serve with a small amount of low fat whipped cream (optional) and fruit.
