Spicy Ground Turkey Tacos

Ingredients
1/4 lb. 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey3- Taco Shells 1 Tbsp. Fat Free shredded cheddar cheese1 Tbsp. Daisy Fat Free Sour Cream1/4 cup Dark Red Kidney Beans1 Tbsp. Canned Diced Jalepeno Peppers1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce1/4 cup Chopped Onion1/2 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes1 Tbsp. Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and ground turkey. Cook until browned. Add tomatoes, jalepenos, taco seasoning and undrained kidney beans. Cover pan and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occassionally. Warm the taco shells in over according to package directions. Fill taco shells with meat mixture. Top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and sour cream before serving.
