Black Bean Sliders

Ingredients
black beans, Panko crumbs, egg, onion, bell pepper
Directions
Combine garlic, cumin, onion, and pepper into a food processor. Process until chopped smooth, Add beans, process until well combined. Add in egg and bread crumbs until mixed well. Form into 6-8 patties. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes.
HEat a skillet with 2 Tbsp olive oil. Place sliders into skillet and cook approx. 5 minutes per side.
I eat these in a pita with lettuce, tomato, avacado.
