Layered Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredients
1lb ground beef, browned and drained (I used 94/6)3 large potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes3 carrots, sliced10oz pkg of frozen peas1 med onion, sliced1 celery rib, diced1 can tomato soup1 soup-can water
Directions
Layer all ingredients as follows in crockpot after prepped as described in ingredient list: potatoes, peas, carrots, onion, celery, ground beef. Mix tomato soup and water together and pour over other ingredients. Cook on low 6-8hrs or until veggies are tender.
