Kevin's Milk Chocolate Chip Scone

5 Tbs Butter4 Tbs Whole Milk1 Large Egg1/4 tsp Salt2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour3 Tbs Sugar1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips (Ghirardelli)
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Mix the dry ingredients and then cut the butter into the mixture. Add the milk and mix until a dough ball is formed that pulls all the ingredients from the sides of the bowl. Add the chocolate chips.
Divide into six balls on a cookie sheet. Press to about 3/4 inch thick. Bake for 15 minutes.
