Ingredients
1.00 c Drained, mashed tofu2.00 tb Vinegar1.00 ts Dijon mustard1.00 ts Soy sauce1.00 ts Dried parsley0.50 ts Garlic powder0.50 ts Salt
Directions
Combine ingredients in container of blender or food
processor. Process about 1 min until smooth or beat
ingredients together. Place in a screw-top jar. Store,
covered in the refrigerator up to 4 weeks.
