Breakfast Bulgur Porridge

Ingredients
Ingredients:Bulgur, dry, .5 cup (remove)*Horizon Organic Fat Free Milk, 1 cup (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Trader Joe's Organic Sugar, Evaporated Cane Juice, 6 tsp (remove)Raisins, .25 cup, packed (remove)
Directions
In medium saucepan add all ingredients, and bring to boil. Once bulgur has hit a boil, reduce heat and simmer until it's the consistency of oatmeal. I usually cook until the milk is pretty much absorbed.

    Great idea,so many things can do to it too. Sweet or savory toppings. I started out with cooked bulgur I had left over and added some more unsweetened almond milk and heated it -not as creamy I am sure as when you start from the beginning but was good. Added cinnamon, no sugar, berries. - 8/16/16
