Shrimp and Veggies Pot

Ingredients
Red Potatoes 5 - 10 diced or cubed, personal preferenceCorn on the Cob 2 Large EarsSmoked Sausage 1-2 14 oz. packagesWaterShrimp peeled and deveinedSaltPepperZatarains Shrimp and Crab Boil Concentrated
Directions
Cut the corn on the cob into serving size. Add water and shrimp boil to a big pot and bring to a boil. Boil potatoes, corn and sausage and until potatoes are tender. Add the shrimp and cook until pink. You can salt and pepper to you liking either during cooking or after. When all cooked drain and serve on a big platter. This recipe can easily be downsized or larger. You can also squeeze a little bit of lemon juice over the top on the serving platter.
