Quick Chai tea

Ingredients
1/2 cup water, boiling1 bag black tea (English Breakfast, orange pekoe, Darjeeling)1 3" piece cinnamon stick2 cups skim milk2 tbs raw sugar or honey1 tsp vanilla extract1/8 tsp ground ginger1/8 tsp ground cardamom
Directions
Pour boiling water over tea bag and cinnamon stick, and steep for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat milk to scalding, but not boiling. Discard tea bag and cinnamon stick. Stir hot milk, honey, vanilla and spices into tea. Serve in warm mugs.
